We deliver across India!

1. Delivery & Pickup Times:

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered between 3 pm and 10 pm

Pickup Time: Returns are collected between 9 am and 1 pm

Both your delivery day and pickup date are complimentary—no rental charges apply for these days

2. Delivery Scheduling:

We might not be able to cater to early delivery requests. Customers are advised to prepone the delivery date to ensure a smooth delivery experience

3. Return Scheduling:

We might not be able to cater to delayed pickup requests. Customers are advised to extend their orders upon reaching the due date to ensure hassle-free returns. Delayed returns will attract additional rental charges.

4. Charges & Payment:

Delivery and pick-up charges (if any) are displayed separately at the checkout

5. Delivery & Returns Process:

Delivery & pickups are done hyper-locally via 3rd party delivery agents

They will only be able to leave the package at your doorstep and collect it back upon return

Please note: Delivery agents cannot facilitate quality checks, product demonstrations, or accept partial returns

6. Important Note:

Do not make any payments in any form to the delivery agents. SharePal will not be able to refund or reimburse any payments made to these 3rd party delivery or pickup agents.
